Welcome to biogeochemistry.org.uk, the website detailing the research of Tony Stockdale
On this website you can find details of my current and prior research, together with a list of my publications.
My contract at the University of Leeds is likely to draw to a close in April 2019 as project funding ends. I will then look for pastures new. I have a strong publication record with many articles eligibe for the next Research Excellence Framework (REF) - Including a well cited 2016 paper in Environmental Science and Technology with 26 citations in under three years, and a paper in PNAS-USA with 11 citations since publiation in 2016. See the publications tab for a full list. The most recent 12 publications will be eligible for REF2021.
If you would like to let me know about any job opportunites please get in touch via the email address on the contact tab.
November 2018. New publications - click on the tab above.
October 2017 - March 2018. Congratulations to my PhD student Magaly Valencia-Avellen on getting three papers published and sucessfully defending her thesis.
May 2017. My fellowship proposal submitted to NERC was unfortunately unsuccessful. I have uploaded the proposal , reviews ( 1 , 2 , 3 ) and panel feedback (somewhat inconsistent with the reviews in my opinion!) in case they are of any use to anyone pursuing this funding in the future.

- Furthering the understanding of toxicicy of metal mixtures in a field setting.
- Research involving low level phosphorus analysis, particulary relating to mineral dusts and atmospheric processes.
